Haslan / Haslam
Origen: Normando. Primeros encontrados en Derbyshire, donde tuveiron asiento dsede epocas muy remotas, algunos dicen, antes de la conquista normanda por Duke William of Normandy en 1066. The Anglo-Saxon name Haslam comes from when the family resided in the village of Haslam, in the county of Lancashire. This place-name was originally derived from the Old English word haesel-hamm, which simply refers to a hazel-wood farm.
